Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 • Last Updated: October 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to V Tech Engineering. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an entity) and V Tech Engineering concerning your access to and use of our website, product catalogs, quotation requests, and custom engineering manufacturing services.
By accessing our website or placing an order for products and fabrication services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the site or engaging our services.
2. Quotations, Pricing & Orders
All formal quotations provided by V Tech Engineering are valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Because structural steel and alloy prices fluctuate according to global market indices, prices are subject to review after quotation expiry.
- Order Confirmation: An order is deemed confirmed only upon receipt of an authorized Purchase Order (PO) and the agreed advance payment milestone.
- Custom Orders: Manufacturing begins strictly after client sign-off on technical engineering drawings, CAD models, and material grade specifications.
- Design Changes: Any alterations requested by the client after fabrication commencement will incur revision costs and lead-time adjustments based on raw material and labor impact.
3. Manufacturing & Technical Specifications
All products—including stone crushing machinery, belt conveyors, main entrance gates, metal steps/ladders, and prefabricated garage buildings—are manufactured to high industrial tolerances and comply with relevant ISO and BIS engineering standards.
Stated capacities (such as crushing throughput in tons per hour or conveyor load ratings) are engineered based on standard operating parameters and material hardness. Field performance may vary depending on material feed characteristics, operator handling, and routine maintenance adherence.
4. Inspection, Quality Assurance & Dispatch
V Tech Engineering conducts rigorous internal quality assurance protocols, including dimensional audits, weld seam non-destructive testing (NDT/ultrasonic), and test-running of motorized assemblies prior to dispatch.
- Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT): Clients or their authorized inspection agencies are welcome to inspect completed assemblies at our fabrication plant prior to dispatch.
- Discrepancies: Any claim regarding transit damage, missing hardware, or dimensional variance must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of shipment arrival.
5. Delivery, Freight & Site Erection
Delivery schedules quoted are good-faith estimates based on plant load and raw material availability at the time of quotation. V Tech Engineering is not liable for delivery delays arising from force majeure events, customs clearances, transport strikes, or civil disruptions.
For turnkey projects involving on-site erection (e.g., garage buildings or stationary crushing plants), the client is responsible for civil foundation preparation, crane access, power connectivity, and obtaining necessary local municipal permits.
6. Warranty & Limitations
V Tech Engineering warrants all fabricated structural steel assemblies and machinery frames against manufacturing and material defects for a period of 12 months from the date of dispatch.
Warranty Exclusions:
Warranty coverage explicitly excludes consumable high-wear components (e.g., crusher jaw plates, conveyor rubber belts, bearings, mechanical seals), damages caused by improper lubrication, overloading beyond rated tonnage, or unauthorized third-party modifications.
7. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights
All custom engineering drawings, CAD models, calculation sheets, photographs, brand logos, and website materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of V Tech Engineering. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use technical manuals strictly for equipment operation and routine maintenance.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration proceeding, or legal action arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction of our registered office.
